How to read Tab

Press Tab (controls). The list is this instance. Leaving and hopping servers resets who you are comparing against. If you want to flex Galaxy Trail, hop until the lobby is full of Green Trails. If you want a real race, hop until you see other Rainbow+ players heading to the same pad.

Etiquette that keeps pads fair

• Finish your claim and move.
• Do not AFK on the only Chocolate belt if a second belt exists.

1. More Rebirths than the lobby.
2. Better Trail/Aura than the lobby.
3. Be on a belt when they are walking Stage 1.
4. Show up during Admin Abuse.

That is the PvP. There is no combat. Chasers and bosses are AI. If you lose a race, you are under-multiplied, not under-skilled — unless you failed the loop-de-loop, in which case go practice the walkthrough.
